Theonlinestore offers FREE shipping within New Zealand and Australia, and FREE shipping internationally when you spend over $200
We endeavour to despatch all orders no later than the next working day following receipt and full payment of the order.
All New Zealand deliveries are offered as “track and trace” via either New Zealand Post or New Zealand Couriers. The delivery times are usually next day or the day after however they are subject to the conditions of these service providers, which can change due to unforeseen circumstances. While New Zealand deliveries are typically a next day service, international orders should generally allow 2 – 12 working days for delivery depending on your country of residence.

4 Hour delivery system. These orders are offered as "track and trace" via Sub60 Couriers. The delivery will be dispatched as soon as possible and will arrive at your desired address within 4 hours of you placing your order. however they are subject to the conditions of these service providers, which can change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Returns
theonlinestore values you as a customer and your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily exchange it for another item or issue you with credit to the value of your purchase. We accept returns for any reason so if you have changed your mind on a purchase that is not a problem. Credit for returned goods remains valid for 2 weeks after receiving the product .
Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- Items to be exchanged were not purchased on a sale. Proof of purchase is required (Order number).
- Items are returned within 10 working days of receipt.
- Items wishing to be returned must not have been worn and must be returned unwashed, in brand new condition with all original labels intact. theonlinestore shall be the sole judge of this.
- Items may be returned if faulty at the time of receipt, before being worn.
- theonlinestore will inspect all items returned for exchange. The decision as to the cause of fault or whether the item is in new condition remains at the sole discretion of theonlinestore.
- Postage of the both the returned and the replacement item are for your cost. For reasons that we hope are obvious to customers. theonlinestore's free delivery policy only applies to the original purchase.
- theonlinestore is not liable for any loss or damage to garments when returned to us, thus we advise you use s tracked method when returning items.
